Pony rides were the order of the day at a 'meet your neighbours' event at Point Cook's new estate last week. More than 200 buyers visited Saltwater Coast and met their future neighbours. Entertainment included an Austin Powers impersonator and pony rides for youngsters. The event also offered a chance for would-be residents to see the development taking shape, with construction well under way on bayside properties. On Point Cook Road, the estate will have 50hectares of open space, including landscaped wetlands and parks. Once complete, the estate will be home to about 80,000 residents.
