WYNDHAM Council will spend $737,000 on the civic centre's landscaping.
Works will include paving, timber seating, decking, tree planting, instant turf, mulching and installation of timber furniture.
Mayor Kim McAliney said: "The civic centre is a great source of community pride for Wyndham residents. We want residents to do more than just pay their rates or their animal registration when they visit by encouraging them to use the grounds and come to view master plans, have their say on policies and strategies and find out what's going on in their city."
Works will begin next month and are due to be completed mid-year.
