Bowls: Home green advantage for Werribee pair

12 Feb, 2012 03:34 PM
THE Werribee Bowls Club will play host to the Metro West group pairs semi finals and final tomorrow (Monday).

The Bees representatives, young gun Dane McKinnon and veteran Snowy Barker, have been a forceful partnership in this tournament.

They will face Port Melbourne in the semi-final at Chirnside Park from 10am and if victorious will advance to a 1pm final.

Meanwhile, the Bees have cemented their spot in the Bowls Victoria premier division finals with a 74-70 win over Clayton at the Bee Hive on Saturday.
